At Glintura, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below to understand your eligibility for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
Gift cards.
Final sale or clearance items.
Earrings and other products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons, where permitted by applicable law.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the item and its packaging.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may request an exchange, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit where applicable.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item is defective.
The item arrived damaged.
An incorrect item was delivered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.
